Change has arrived – HILL CITY HOUSE GRILLE

New Sign July 2014 - Very Tiny 1

We are open – HILL CITY HOUSE GRILLE

THE DINING ROOM

Hill City House Grille is now open … we read every comment card and review we could locate on the web and we listened to you, OUR CUSTOMERS.  We removed the tablecloths and made it like home.  Come by and check us out!

THE BROOKS BAR

The Brooks Bar is open for business with our new bartender (and comedian), Ron Robarge.  He comes to us from Boston and has made himself at home.  He will make you laugh while giving you the best service possible.  If he is not available at the moment you come in, he will make sure one of his team mates responds to your needs immeiately!

Look for Ron’s new “Seven Hills” drinks.  Better yet, come in and help him name them.  For example, Federal Hill is Lucky Larceny; made with  Heaven Hill’s Larceny Bourbon - ponder that for a bit.

Come to the Brooks Bar where the goal is to become like Cheers where everyone knows your name.  Come by after work and have a cold drink to relax, check out our live music or sit out on the patio.

GREAT FOOD – COLD DRINKS – GOOD FRIENDS

The Hill City House began as a simple idea. Donna and Charlie envisioned a local neighborhood restaurant offering homemade, high quality food at a reasonable price; a décor of simple and clean lines but artwork to take you through Lynchburg’s history. A history that began when the charter for a town on a hill overlooking a ferry site with access to the James River was granted in October 1786 founding the town of Lynchburg, Virginia.
