About Hill City House Grille

The Hill City House Grille began as a simple idea. We envisioned a local neighborhood restaurant offering homemade, high quality food at a reasonable price; a d??cor of simple and clean lines but artwork to take you through Lynchburg???s history. A history that began when the charter for a town on a hill overlooking a ferry site with access to the James River was granted in October 1786 founding the town of Lynchburg, Virginia.

The Hill City House??Grille??is a place where every guest, whether a native of the Lynchburg area or an out of town visitor or professional would feel valued and respected. We are determined to never compromise on these basic fundamentals.

A dream came true on May 10, 2013 when The Hill City House??opened its doors in Lynchburg, Virginia starting a tradition of quality that guides us every day.?? Hill City House??Grille re-opened on July 17, 2014 with a little different look.

We are proud of our menu which includes homemade favorites that are prepared the same way, in-house and from scratch. We are also proud of our great team. They are attentive and dedicated to taking care of our guests on each and every visit.

At Hill City House??Grille, our goal is to live up to that original, simple idea to be a great restaurant that serves quality food fresh from the kitchen in a friendly atmosphere at a fair price.
